Course Details
An exciting and dynamic project based creative writing course. Construct a presentation of life experiences in a creative format.
The course is open to all interested in how creative writing can be used to convey a broader understanding of 21st century life and community.

Teaching
Informal teaching process using well known poems, short stories and prose to work from to produce new and original work. One to one support as well as group support and advice. There will also be a question-and-answer section.
How will progress be monitored and assessed?
Your tutor will provide advice and support throughout the course.
Qualification
This is a non-accreditted course; however, we will provide an in-house certificate.
Next Steps
- At the end of this workshop, you may like to consider enrolling on a other SAFL courses such as English, maths or digital Skills.
- Encourage further study in creative writing as a hobby, moving towards performing work on the live circuit.
- Building confidence to engage with other adult education courses.
