Where to go for support
Firstly, speak to your class tutor for help with any problem you have had online. They will always take your questions and concerns seriously and will do their best to help. Where it is needed the concern will be escalated to a more senior member of staff and we may refer you to external agencies in some circumstances.
If you are not a student with us then there is wealth of support available online and throughout the Sandwell borough and nationally.
