You will gain the crucial skills you need to be a successful customer service advisor, such as handling complaints from customers and the legislation that relates to customer service.

 

 

 

This full level 2 qualification will provide you with the underpinning knowledge required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role. You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service-related tasks such as how to manage information and support events.
