This short professional qualification is aimed at those looking to improve their existing customer service skills. You will look at how customer’s needs and expectations are identified and the importance of customer service in an organisation. You will gain the crucial skills you need to be a successful customer service advisor, such as handling complaints from customers and the legislation that relates to customer service.




This full level 2 qualification will provide you with the underpinning knowledge required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role. You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service-related tasks such as how to manage information and support events. Once you have completed the qualification you will be able to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.
