This course is for anybody to wishing to improve their fitness levels with toning exercises.

There are no entry requirements for this course, however you will be required to complete a ‘Physical Activity Questionnaire’ to ensure that the course is suitable for you.

The benefits of this course

The regular attendance to Thighs, Bums and Tums will help to improve and maintain strength and tone across the whole of the body. Strength exercises can also improve bone density.

 

Teaching

Learners will attend classes under instruction of a qualified and experienced fitness tutor.

 

How will progress be monitored and assessed?

You will agree your learning targets with your tutor at the beginning of the course. Your will be observed and assessed during each exercise and you will be provided with regular feedback by your tutor.

After completing this course you may wish to progress onto further health and fitness courses.  Your tutor will be able to advise you further.
