As well as courses to support personal development and practical skills, we can help you to improve your literacy or numeracy abilities and gain recognised qualifications in a number of areas.  Our courses fall into 3 categories.

You will find courses that lead to recognised qualifications including:

  • Maths and English from Entry Level to Level 2
  • ICT and computers

There are also opportunities to try activities that could help you to increase your skills and improve your job prospects; lead to a career change or for your own personal development.  Our practical introduction courses provide an excellent foundation into further industry specific and accredited training:

We also offer a variety of community based personal interest courses, from Arts and Crafts to Zumba, Floristry to First Aid, Languages to Computing. Try brushing up your knowledge or learning anew in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Our current courses can be found on our Courses page or call 0121 557 0837 if you would prefer to talk to a member of staff.  You are also welcome to visit your nearest Adult Community Learning Centre where our staff will be pleased to assist you.

Our courses are run at different times throughout the week, and vary in length from one day to a year, so there is the opportunity for everyone to be involved.
